Function CE::Application::GLFWOpenGL::make_startup(CE::Input::System&, std::string, Options, CE::Application::RuntimeOptions)

Function Documentation

CE::Application::Startup CE::Application::GLFWOpenGL::make_startup(CE::Input::System &input, std::string description = "Cheryl application", Options configuration = {}, CE::Application::RuntimeOptions runtime = {})

Declaration: [[nodiscard]]

Configure command-line startup for GLFW/OpenGL with borrowed input.

The adapter must survive context teardown. initialize() runs on the platform owner; this factory registers options but does not create the context.

Parameters:
  • input – Input adapter borrowed by the eventual context.

  • description – Application description for command-line help.

  • configuration – Initial window, presentation and execution defaults.

  • runtime – Initial simulation and polling defaults.

Returns:

A single-use startup object; command-line options override its defaults.
